Ferguson needs a well-organized community voter registration drive done. Maybe with initial outside help, but it will have to be owned and sustained by the residents. Along with a set of decent candidates that have a chance to house clean the city political structure and police department. Right now the wedge between the citizenry and the police is huge and with the lack of trust and accompanying fear things will just get worse.
