We actually had an assignment in my creative writing class a few weeks ago to write a fairy tale. That was a challenge since most of my writing is in the realistic fiction realm.

I saw a meme/ecard recently that said “don’t let people tell you that fairy tales aren’t real, everyday I drink a potion made of magic beans that brings me back to life.” What I’m saying is: it’s just a matter of perspective. I do love the idea of a modern world where fairy tales are real
