I understand; so many places say “manufactured in a plant where nuts are processed” just to avoid liability.

I have a gluten intolerance. Checked for celiac and allergy, and have neither. But feel 100% better off the wheat.

My sister-in-law is celiac, so wheat and any other grains containing gluten are out. This restriction includes beer and other malt beverages. There seems to be a debate though on distilled spirits, some say no, others say that the product is so far removed from the original grain as to not be a problem. Do you have an opinion?
