I don’t know how to ever remove the perception that the Palestinian leadership is not still stealing/misappropriating funds massively. The perceived black hole makes any assertion sound far more reasonable than it deserves.

Those billions in Yassser Arafats accounts when that got looked at is all the proof they need.
