What a delight to wake up to. The older I get the more appreciation i have for Vaughan Williams. I am always happy at church when one of our hymns has music from his great work on the English Hymnal.

Big fan of Vaughn Williams. First time I heard hs full name pronounced properly, though, I thought is was some German guy - Rafe von Williams?

Then the music started, and I was like, “Oh, HIM. Blood Brits, always throwing in letters, even entire syllables they don’t bother pronouncing!”
