Evening Lizards, Just back from a nice casino trip, not because I won, I barely broke even, but because of the company at the Blackjack table. I met a nice couple, and the husband was anxious for his wife to find a game she could enjoy and I ended up being her Blackjack coach while he shot craps.
The gal was a teacher, and a total rookie. She came in $100, and had to add another $100 before we started her on a run. A few hours later she was up $900, and was happy as could be, and that made my day. Her and her husband joined me for dinner and we exchanged e-mails so we can get together again. I love the social aspects of a friendly table while playing cards, it a escape for me.

Lucky you. The wife and I spent a few hours at the casino this afternoon too. Depositing money in the reverse ATM, a.k.a slot machine. Not so fortunate were we.
