The only benefits to a country from having a factory exported are:

A) The environmental damage is elsewhere (which basically doesn’t matter since our biggest environmental problem is CO2, which is global).

B) It creates income and markets in other countries to buy your products.

That’s all. Other than that, it’s a loss in every way to the country that just lost the business.
