government grants to green organisations that come up with solutions to existing roadblocks; medium bucks for attempts, bigger bucks for results
Bounty paid for any idea submitted and adopted that increases GNP
Congress to have pay doubled if they balance the budget/pay increase pro-rated in 10 percent increments towards that goal(50 percent balanced = 50 percent incease)
Fire sale on any dept we are owed
Enact trade with previously banned countries. cough cuba
Locate and obtain cheap materials from 3rd world countries to the benefit of both parties
Stop the BS concerning coal
Government sponsored research and development of solar water heaters targeted to the few areas where it is practical(Texas, southern New Mexico, southern California)
