In fact, most of Russia’s planes are the same. And China is just doing inferior knock-offs of us and Russia. India is the same as Russia and us.

Sure, they are building some stealth planes now, there are issues with them (cost, maintenance (especially of the paint)) mean that, until technology progresses more, the current state of affairs will remain.

Although, the F-15 should be upgraded in the same manner as the SU-27.
