What is inaccurate and confusing about “pro-abortion”. It’s about as starkly clear as can be.

Well, I do believe it is something you need to be careful with. It is something that anti-choice people can more easily twist into meaning what I stated above, as in the “Crazy murderous feminists that want to abort all the babies”. Granted, they already do that for pro-choice.
