It’s eyewitness testimony only to those I’ve seen; for the rest, it could potentially fall into one of the hearsay exceptions, depending on how it is used.

Would this come up for trial, if a prosecutor or lawyer in a civil suit were to use my testimony - they could do so for direct purposes (eyewitness), or use it to establish a pattern of behavior by ACORN employees.

Then it would be up to the jury to weigh the testimony given versus all the other information presented.
