Of course there are limits on bodily autonomy, just as there are limits on freedom of speech (yelling “Fire!”in a crowded theatre, for instance.) However, there are very few if any instances that I know of that a person who who is mentally legally competent to make decisions loses the right to make decisions about their own body. I shudder at the thought that any other person could assert a “moral right” to chose what happens to my body and organs against my will.
