Nah, this is systemic. What a horrible shitshow.

I think at this point putting the entire Ferguson PD on indefinite administrative leave would be a good start. Their attempts to incite rioting are really too much to put up with.

It also seems crazy to leave the murder investigation up to the usual authorities.
