Buses are, but ads are paid for by whom every wants to place them on buses. Ad revenue offsets the operating costs.

Who every wants to pony up and cash and buy a bus ad, fine. But that doesn’t mean bus ads are off the table for discussion.

I find the ad highly distasteful. It would be akin to an an ad that said, “Come to Jesus or burn in hell”.
