The weirdly named Walloons are the French-speaking people of Belgium, which more than enough reason to be afraid of them.
They form an uneasy combination with the rest of Belgians, the Phlegms Flemings. These are not related to lemmings though they are the group from which Vlaams Belang draws its membership.

Will they eventually run themselves over a cliff in a fit of mass suicide?
