She posts some good questions, and the overall point is good … BUT maybe she (Noonan) is also a bit polyanna-ish, for of course Sotomayor is a racist, affirmative action is necessarily racist, but it’s supposed to be an offsetting racism - which perhaps I for one would grant. If that’s as far as Sotomayor goes, good for her, but *is* it as far as she goes, or does she carry on about victimization and the evils of America and the special perceptions she has as a woman or hispanic or yankee fan?
