Inhofe is pretty happy about this move by Obama:

Good for Inhofe on this issue that he’s been pursing over the years.

Damnit dude don’t make me praise Jim Inhofe but I’ll give him a tip of the hat on this, he’s been working on this throughout the past two administrations and knows that the LRA are scum and he didn’t change his position just because of who’s CinC.
