Thinking about reasons why many blacks feel disenfranchised and alienated from the system is a Commie trick.

Black people who are mad that a felonious white person has an easier time getting an interview for a job than a black guy with an obviously black-sounding name, they’re just whiners. Shit like that doesn’t possibly lead to frustration and anger or communities where it’s nearly impossible to escape poverty.
