If Obambi is under 50 yrs old, I doubt he had any air raid drills. I remember them in the mid 60s and that was all. When I got older I realized how dumb they were. The school was 10 miles from an electrical dam that supplied the power to an ALCOA factory. And, waaay back then Us and the Rooskies had enough nukes to target everything with any potential for warmaking.
