Yeah, I got that line last December as well. “Hey, we got unemployment extended! And we’ll just let the Bush Tax Cuts eclipse when they come back up in 2012. Why are you so bent out of shape?”

But hey, let us celebrate. We’re set to beat the deadline, avoid default, and all we had to do was sell our souls. No great loss, right?
