That’s good for the dealers. Those eeevil tax breaks for a big businesses created permanent jobs for years. What will the clunker program create?

GM and Chrysler were on their knees, with a 90-120 inventory and 2010’s coming soon. If it clears those cars out, and gets customers in the showrooms, it could have a long term effect. I also found out the program is driving used car sales to folks that were at the dealer and did not qualify for the rebate or financing.
