I’ve seen different biological definitions of ‘parasite’ that do, and specifically do not stipulate being of a different species. I understand the word is distasteful to some folks on both sides of this debate, but it is also 100% that the behavior of a fetus until viability is 100% parasitic.

I don’t think that fact should make anyone squeamish or uncomfortable.
