A) the debt limit will be increased
B) tax “rates” won’t be touched, but some deductions will be eliminated
C) some social programs will be scaled back by “x” percentage, but not the actual hard number it is now, rather the percentage of auto increase over a few years

D) ,, everyone claims VICTORY
