Sad part? Get with the program! That’s the media’s main strategy! Been in place for some time — to marginalize the Right after Obama wins by relentlessly highlighting the worse of the extreme right as the representatives of conservatism. And it’s a plan that’s working well. Why do you think that Pat Buchanan is always a pundit on TV? Why does Huckabee have his own show? Why is Ron Paul and his followers getting so much press?

Not because the media LIKES these people. The media is promoting them BECAUSE those figures are so wacko-extreme that they discredit the rest of us.

Many many people are falling for this scheme. Unfortunately.

So under your crackpot theory Fox News is part of the left-wing media, and as such is participating in this scheme to try to make the Right look bad by, in their case, giving Huckabee his own show. So the Fox News moguls who plan what shows go on the network gave Huckabee his show with the the thought, “how can we help the Democratic Party”—that was the motivation of Fox News. Come on, give me a break.

In a later post you imply that the “Media” try to promote these other right-wingers to try to make the Right look bad, i.e., kooky and extreme, but “trash” Palin because they are “afraid” of her. But the truth is Palin needs no assistance to “look” bad, as she is on the same level of kookiness as these others, so your theory doesn’t hold water in that respect either.
