I found Czech bicycles to drool over. Found ‘em in the paper version of this.

I’ve only seen one person on a recumbent bike here in Ostrava. Maybe more people ride them in other parts of the country, but the bikes I’ve seen around town are the conventional ones. Now that the weather’s nice, I expect to see lots of bicyclists out and about.
