Good on Boehner for understanding how delicate this situation is. McConnell too. They know what the stakes are here, and apparently they also understand that undercutting POTUS on this one is bad for everybody, republicans, democrats, and Egyptions. Everybody.

This just needs to play out, and it isn’t our fight, even thought the outcome will affect us greatly. It would be nice if the US just sat this one out and let a middle eastern country sort their own shit out without us pulling strings for once.
