Arutz Sheva did run a story, but it’s sourced entirely to the Ma’ariv piece and doesn’t add any additional confirmation. It adds only a separate bit about Bibi not going to the nuclear summit. Ha’aretz, Jerusalem Post, and Yediot Aronot had nothing about it.

I consider it suspect without actual confirmation from another source.
