The poll thread on whether to try Khalid Sheik Mohammad et al turned into a brutal train wreck of a fight that pitted LudwigvonQuixote, Cato the Elder, iceweasel, and Jimmah on the one side against Matrix31, Bagua, Fenway_Nation, NJDHockeyFan, Walter and myself on the other. Ludwig got the ball rolling by comparing everyone who opposed the civilian trials to the governments of Russia and North Korea. It went rapidly downhill from there.
