I was thinking at breakfast this morning that all this GOP posturing for 2016 seems like a waste of resources and more “show than go” as it were.

I mean that election is OVER THREE YEARS AWAY!! Maybe we could, like, you know focus on the issues of 2013 and save all the Presidential crap for a year or so?

One thing I miss about Canada. There are no fixed elections. You never know when they are coming so you can’t be in permanent campaign mode like in the U.S. Also, a Canadian election from announcement to voting takes place in a few MONTHS. It’s a not years long ordeal like in America.
