You cannot keep a cop on the force, after he lies on an official police report. His testimony in any case is automatically worthless.

That, of course, is merely the tip of the iceberg with the problems with this department, it seems. For an office to be this out-of-control means that the sergeants, lieutenants and all the way up to captains were failing to exercise adequate supervisorial oversight. Start by bringing cases and building jackets on upper management. At that point, all kinds of stuff starts oozing out as the superiors all drag out the dirt and sling at each other to try to hang onto their miserable jobs.

I’ve read pulled over for tail light & wanted for child support warrant. Not sure which or both but FUCK THIS, those offenses are not death sentences.
