Ugh:
An Islamic State-run news agency claims the man who hurt eight people at a mall in Minnesota was a “soldier of the Islamic State.”

N.Y. Gov. Andrew Cuomo says yesterday’s bomb explosion in Manhattan was an act of terrorism, but not linked to international terror groups.

Not to make light of anything, but from the tweets and comments of NYC locals, nobody seemed particularly terrorized (except TRUMP and his hair-on-fire minions).

I’m just saying that, to me anyway, every asshole act is not terrorism—sometimes it’s just assholes being assholes. And I also point out that Dylann Roof, whose act terrorized many, was NOT charged with terrorism.
