There is no question that his mind has deteriorated since taking office. Look at the multiple instances of him walking off AF1 with the limo five feet in front of him and he just wanders off. This shit is dangerous. He will not make it to the end of next year. (Disclaimer: Last December, I made a bet with my bookie at 15:1 that Trump would be out of office (this is including his death) by April 30, 2018, so obviously I hope it’s before then)
