Rural areas don’t provide food to cities, they sell it to us.

We in the cities pay more for telephone, postal, and other services so that rural areas have it and not at an excessive price.

Companies in cities sell us telephone service but won’t provide vast areas of rural area cell service (captialism), Internet service is far more expensive, the post office is a national service and always has been, and many products in rural areas cost more money (or are unavailable, like the forever lack of hand sanitiser or Lysol since the pandemic started).
