Last weekend, I asked a family member if she watched anything about the Hubble repairs.
What a mistake, she said its not a repair, but an upgrade to spy on Americans, and Obama has the Census Bureau going house to house, to ask about voting history, so the houses could be marked and targeted.
I shit you all not. ODS is growing strong.

Doesn’t she know that we have many other satellites for spying, ones that (unlike Hubble) are actually capable of doing the job? This reminds me of much of the rank and file lefty rhetoric that accompanied the deployment of our Pershing II missiles in Europe in the 80s. Many media conformists I spoke to about this had the idea (took it for granted in fact) that these were the very first nuclear systems to be deployed in Europe. From that idiotic misconception it was easy to believe that the Kremlin-sponsored protestors in Europe were simply outraged at a massively reckless escalation of the Cold War. No such thing was true of course, Pershing II was simply an upgrade that could serve to offset new Soviet systems.
