Depends on what you mean by “bad”. There were entire TV programmes devoted to people caught “making out” within view of CCTV cameras. Not that I ever watched such programmes. Ahem.

Which is one reason why so many in the US dislike it. Who the hell leaks that footage? If it’s for the police, it should stay with the police, right?
