Not likely.
Last week, there was a 4-hour period of time where I got 10 - count ‘em, 10 - political phone calls. They show up on caller ID as “out of area”, and I have to answer my phone in case it’s the Roi calling from offshore. I was about to tear my hair out.

Does the ‘Do Not Call List’ work against political phone calls?
