I’m still on the US side of the pond, alas, waiting on a visa. Actually still assembling all the paperwork for it. Jimmah will be arriving here soon and we have a trip to Katz’s planned. Been telling him he needs to have pastrami and he loves matzo soup.

There were at least a dozen places I used to go to when I lived in/ around Boston

There was a bagel joint in Chelsea Mass named KATZ’s. AMAZING!
