She doesn’t know what she is talking about. The entire alignment is centered. Pence is smaller than Trump and they have extra spacing between all the letters which was a thing a few years ago. The letters just fell that way.

This is what happens when everyone can buy a computer and a program and is now an artist. In my opinion.
