You don’t have a problem with the US giving $2 billion for off shore oil drilling on the Brazilian coast and NOT allowing drilling off US coasts, even though China is doing just that 90 miles from Florida?

Obama is not the only one investing in off shore drilling in Brazil. Soros is too.
