Ok, the baby sister has an interview tomorrow for an internship. She’s trying to prep an answer for the “what’s your biggest weakness” question and asked me for help.

My one interview was a phone interview 8 years ago that I didn’t realize was an interview until an offhand comment by my boss 3 days after I started. So! I turn to the Lizards.

Is there a way to answer the question when the biggest weakness she has that I could come up with is “reacts before hearing all the facts” in such a way that it can be turned into a strength?
