This really does show how desperate they’ve gotten to keep their bigotry alive as part of the law, that they can no longer argue on religious or moral grounds, so they’re left with trying to argue that marriage is to facilitate some biological role restricted solely to heterosexual couples. Hence why three judges now have gaveled in rulings saying such argues are bullshit.
