I should be going out and doing a 5 mile run today but my cough sounds like I’m tossing rocks around in my chest. Which, to be fair, is how it’s sounded for a while, but it’s a little more active today so I will just take some meds and hope that it’s fine so I can run 12 miles tomorrow.
