While I wish it were true that Trump’s malice will be held against Republicans for years, Americans have much shorter memories.

Within 12 months of being in office, there will be enough orchestrated anti-Biden efforts coming from the usual sources that that faux scandals will consume the media.

Now, if the new-and-improved-degraded SCOTUS rules to allow states to outlaw abortions, then that might actually stick around until the following election.

What would really set up the GOP for a long-term catastrophe is if 5 true believers on SCOTUS ban abortion nationwide when they kill Roe v. Wade, rather than sending the issue back to the states.
