Self-declared doomer I am, so surely you all have plenty of salt around to find a grain, but…

I get the feeling like it’s the 1920’s and ‘30’s again.

Of course history does not repeat itself but the idea that it rhymes has some merit.

If Americans today care more about the price of gasoline rather than care about human rights and wars around the world, it is all understandable.

And very near sighted.

Demonizing immigrants, religious fundamentalists wanting to dictate the lives of others, isolationism… we’ve been here before.
