Once, when I was a bit younger, my cholesterol came in at 113. I asked my doctor if it was too low. As I was/am a non-meat eater, and otherwise in good health, he said no. I don’t think I’ve ever broken 150.

I would hate to see what mine is.
frustated and slightly depress for being laid off for five weeks. Been eating anything and everything.
