This has been one of the strangest threads ever.

We started off talking about Revkin’s response to Rush, and whether or not Revkin’s “thought experiment” rose to the level of “eugenics”.

Then the conversation went to whether or not the availability of birth control was a good thing.

Then we had a post seeming to support government intervention in family planning and birth control:

Revkin’s “thought experiment” in itself doesn’t bother me; however, I’m really really hoping that it doesn’t lead to government policy-makers coming to some of the same sorts of conclusions I’ve seen being tossed around here in this thread.
