Yep. Happens all the time. A lot of the laws passed against abortion in the past four years are obviously unconstitutional based on previous rulings.

I know about the ones from the states. Haven’t seen any federally (but that doesn’t mean they haven’t happened). Also, even the states seem to be trying to find ways around the ruling (parental consent, etc) rather than taking it on head-on (“all abortion is banned in the state of [insert state]”). I always assumed this was because they’d get beaten less easily in court.
