Yeah I know what you mean. My apartment managers doggie sit two American Bull Dogs and the male is easily 80lbs and pulls them around like their not even on a leash! One of my neighbors got backed into his car because of Bandit attacking him, the managers are darn lucky they didn’t get a formal complaint made against them as were not supposed to have dogs in the building. At all! And they have Bandit and Zena three or four days a week! Really pisses off the neighbors, let me tell you. I have heard Bandit bark and growl very nastily at anyone walking by the front yard when they take him out to do his thing, good thing the front yard has a fence or I’m sure he’d have bitten someone by now.

Ugh… there’s a $500 fine in my neighborhood for unleashed animals. They don’t mess around.
