No, i don’t mean that Obama is in danger. I just mean that all of the backlash about the Citizens United ruling was a bit premature. I’m generally in favor of anti-incumbent effects, regardless of who is in office.

The thing about Citizens United that bothers me the most is the lack of transparency. I think the people funding the ads on both sides should have to name themselves in the ads. Even the SC in their ruling said that a transparency law would be Constitutional. I think it’s something Obama and the Democrats should run on.
