If you focus all your resources into harassing Achmed at the checkpoint, Achmed will just convince Bob to do the task for him. Because you don’t check Bob.

Not just that, but what about Muslim converts, such as myself, who are exceedingly Caucasian, 6’2”, with a shaved head, doesn’t dress in ‘Islamic’ clothes and listens to all manner of music and participates in popular culture?
